The school is managed by the Honorary Board of Trustees. The school also has a Council of Elders which consists of well placed senior citizens of India residing in Kuwait. The council oversees the functioning of the Board and advise the members of the Board of Trustees when required. The Board of Trustees is responsible for the entire administration of the school. The board is headed by the Hon. Chairman and has various sub committees to oversee the smooth functioning of various departments. 
The Board of Trustees include elected (Parent Advisory Committee) parents representation from each branch, with a nominated parent member and three from the Ex Students (AISES). Every year new dedicated individuals from the Indian community who wish to contribute to the betterment of school are inducted and placed on the Board. The Board is committed to provide and facilitate every possible factor for good quality education. The Hon. Board Members play a major part in the school’s co curricular activities. The services of the Board of Trustee members are honorary.
