Dr. V. Binumon, Principal ICSK Senior.
Dr. V. Binumon stands as a class by himself. He is a youth prodigy holding a slew of degrees – M.sc. in Zoology, M.sc. in Psychology, M.A. in Political Science, M.Ed, M.Phil. in Zoology, M.Phil. in Education, M.B.A. and to crown all Ph.D. in Education. Besides, he has undergone certificate courses in diverse areas such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Counselling ,Lead Auditor Course for ISO 9001- 2008 by Moody International, London, Accreditation Assessor programme by Quality Council of India, ACT course for Academic Counsellor by Indira Gandhi National Open University New Delhi, and Diploma in Yoga from Annamala University as well.
As for experience Dr. Binumon is a multi-faceted personality with long expertise and experience in areas such as Principal of Senior Secondary Schools, Academic Director of a renowned group of schools, and Joint Director of the Educational Board of Network of Leading Schools.
He has proved his mettle in various capacities such as Personality Development Trainer for Junior Chamber International, Neuro Linguistic Programing Trainer, ISO Auditor , Principal Examiner for School Accreditation by Quality Council of India , Academic Counsellor of IGNOU, Hypnotherapist and Professional Counsellor as well. He has conducted hundreds of training programs for the youth, students, teachers and parents. The main focal points that he highlights during the training sessions are confidence, competence and change.
As an individual Mr. Binumon is a man of principles, highly systematic, professional and service minded. He is an energizing personality, a master trainer and a first rate motivator too. Qualification : M A English, M Ed, M A Mass Communication & Journalism, M Sc Geography.
She Has 19 years of experience in Industry, Schools and Colleges.Areas of Interests: Using the Internet as a Resource Tool for Teachers and Students, Using Technology in the Classroom and Computer Aided Teaching With more than 13 years of teaching English, History and Geography in reputed schools of chennai like Ebenezer Marcus Matriculation Higher Secondary School and TI School.
3 years of experience in prestigious colleges like MOP Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai and Easwari Engg College,Chennai
3 years with reputed institutions like Aptech and First ComputersHobbies: Listening to music and reading books

Mrs. Sridevi Pradeep, Principal - ICSK Amman.
A well trained and experienced reviewer. She joined the ICSK family as the Principal of Khaitan Branch on 24th August, 2008. She has been in education for the last 15 years, predominately as an administrator. She holds an M.A and M.Phil. degree in English Literature, an M.Sc. in Psychology , an M.com in Financial Accountancy and a B.Ed. Prior to joining The Indian Community School Kuwait, She was the Principal of one of the leading C.B.S.E. Schools in Kerala with a strength of 3700 students from classes LKG to XII. She also brings with her a deep knowledge, understanding, an acquired knowledge in administration and also her efficient management skills. She firmly believes in empowering her staff and experiments in helping and guiding them to promote their professional growth and actively encourages their participation in all the affairs of the school.

During her career as an educator, she has attended several seminars & workshops conducted by NCERT & CBSE. She has actively participated in various conferences of principals at the national level including the ‘Strategic Leadership Programme for School Principals’ at IIM, Ahmedabad.She was also appointed by the C.B.S.E. not only as the Centre Superintendent and Surprise Inspector for the AISS/AISSC Examination but also as the Observer for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination and also has been the Head Examiner in English for the AISS Examination.
She is an ardent admirer and follower of His Excellency Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam , the great visionary, who is the biggest source of her inspiration. His exceptional leadership qualities, dynamism, courage of conviction and unwavering commitment to excellence continues to guide and inspire her.

Mr. S.Ilango, Principal ICSK - Khaitan
Mr. S.Ilango is post graduate in English from Madras University, with a bachelor's degree in Education and a degree in Western and Indian Philosophy.Having begun his teaching career 25 years ago, Mr.Ilango has served several leading public schools in Delhi, Vishakhapatnam and Bangalore, before joining Indian Community School.

He has successfully affiliated three schools to the Central Board of Secondary Education.He headed the Senior Girls branch from June 2002 to September 2003 and was posted at Junior branch where he brought in many innovations in class room teaching and reenergized the school with commendable leadership and dynamism by organizing several programmes and functions.  
Since June 2008, he has been transferred to the Amman Street branch.Mr.Ilango believes in and practises child centered approach to education. His philosophy of education is that the school should be a happy place for students, who build up a cordial rapport with the teachers, enjoy their formative years under the loving and able guidance of their mentors and prepare themselves for the challenges of life, that await them after school.
In the latest trend of globalization, every student is to be equipped with competence, confidence and character.
