The Indian Community School, Senior celebrated the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr on Saturday 27th April, 2024, in a festive atmosphere brimming with positivity and enthusiasm. The auditorium, adorned with lights and vibrant colors, radiated serenity and joy. Mr. Tarek Aleryan, TV Presenter, and Producer, Director of Public Relations, graced the event as the Chief Guest, alongside distinguished dignitaries including Mr. Shaikh Abdul Rahiman, Hon. Chairman to the Board of Trustees, Mr. Vinu Kumar Nair, Hon. Vice Chairman to the Board of Trustees, Mr. Amer Mohammed, Hon. Secretary to the Board of Trustees and Dr. V. Binumon, Principal, and Senior Administrator of ICSK.
The program commenced with an Islamic prayer recited by Mr. Munir Mohammed, Department of Arabic, invoking divine blessings. Mrs. Deepa Biju, Staff Club Secretary, warmly welcomed the attendees. The captivating cultural programme presented by the Staff of ICSK unfolded in a dramatic form enriched with music, costumes, dance and entertainment. Mr. Sumit Toshkhani and Team mesmerized the audience with melodious songs, while Mr. Nishad and Team's scintillating dance performances added to the joy. The audience were awestruck to witness the spectacular dance performance presented by the administrative department of ICSK. The highlight of the day was the vibrant fashion show presented by the ICSK team led by Mrs. Angulaxmi. The cultural program was a visual delight for the spectators.
Mrs. Shehnaz Hakim, Chief Coordinator of the Eid Party, delivered a vote of thanks. The Staff enjoyed various fun-filled activities and games organized exclusively for fun, cheer and fervour. An after-party, hosted by the Board of Trustees, featured a sumptuous spread of dishes, adding to the day's festivities. The Eid-ul-Fitr celebration at ICSK was a resounding success, providing an opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy light-hearted moments.
